Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your custom order! Each item is made to order with care, which means your products are not pulled from a shelf but created just for you. Below is our current shipping policy.


Production & Processing Time

All orders are custom made and require time to design, proof, and produce. Most orders ship within 3–4 weeks from the time of payment and proof approval.

Production begins after:

  • Full payment is received

  • Artwork is approved (when applicable)

During peak seasons, holidays, or due to supply chain delays, production times may be extended. We will communicate any delays as they arise.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via one of the following carriers:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after production)

  • Expedited Shipping: Available on request (may incur extra fees)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or included in your quote.


Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


International Shipping

We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Additional shipping time and customs fees may apply. Please contact us directly for international orders.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will assist you with documentation if needed.


Incorrect Addresses

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
